Electricity Distribution Company of Lorestan Province was established on March 25, 1991 and registered at the Registration Office of Industrial Property Registration and Registration No. 89173 in Tehran. This company started its activity on May 1, 1992, and it was transferred to Khoram Abad on January 1, 1992. The transfer was registered at Khoram Abad Registration Office at No. 14777/6.

Currently, the main center of the company is located in Khorramabad city, Velayat Boulevard, Hajj Blvd, Lorestan Power Distribution Company.
